Welcome to PokeNimo! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:
1. Product Information
Our products are sold as blind boxes and blind packs. The exact item inside is a surprise and cannot be selected. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the actual contents of the box received.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed only after payment is completed. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
3. Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the surprise nature of blind boxes and packs:
• Opened items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted only for unopened products in original, sealed condition.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
If you wish to cancel, contact us at info@pokenimo.com as soon as possible.
6. User Accounts
To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your password confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused or fraudulent.
7. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to use this site and place orders. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
We take privacy seriously. Personal data is used solely to fulfill your order and improve your experience.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, images, designs, text) is owned by Poke Nimo General Trading LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
All products are sold “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or website access.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
11. Pre-Orders
For products offered as pre-orders:
• Estimated shipping dates may change
• Payment is collected at the time of order
• Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items will ship when all items are available (unless stated otherwise)
Pre-orders are non-refundable unless canceled by us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Abu Dhabi / United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
