Nimoverse makes the CGC grading process simple and hassle-free. Instead of handling the submission process yourself, you can send your cards to us and we’ll take care of the submission to CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) on your behalf.
Whether you're looking to protect your favorite cards, authenticate your collection, or maximize the value of your trading cards, CGC grading provides professional authentication, grading, and encapsulation in a protective slab.
How Does the CGC Submission Service Work?
1. Place Your Order
Select the number of cards you would like to submit and complete your purchase through our Shopify store.
2. Receive Shipping or Drop-Off Instructions
Once your order has been placed, Nimoverse will contact you by email with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your card(s).
If you're located nearby, we can also guide you through the process of dropping off your cards at the Nimoverse office.
3. Send or Drop Off Your Cards
Carefully package your cards according to the instructions provided and ship them to Nimoverse, or arrange a convenient office drop-off.
4. CGC Grading
Nimoverse will submit your cards to CGC for professional grading and encapsulation.
Estimated grading turnaround: 8–10 weeks.
Please note that the grading timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on CGC processing times and shipping.
5. Receive Your Graded Slabs
Once your cards have been returned from CGC, Nimoverse will contact you by email to arrange either:
- 📦 Shipment of your graded cards
- 📍 Pick-up from the Nimoverse office
Your cards will then be returned to you professionally graded and sealed in their CGC protective slabs.
